  • You can create your account during the Checkout process
  • You can also create your account by clicking on the account icon located in the top right corner and clicking on ‘Create account’
  • After inputting required details and clicking ‘Create’ your account will be created
  • You can Sign into your account by clicking on the account icon located in the top right corner or clicking ‘Login’ and inputting required details

  • If you set up an account, then you do not have to enter your details every time you shop with us.
  • Easier to check the status of orders.

  • You will be updated with our New Arrivals, Sales and Promotional Activities

  • Once signed in click on the account icon located on the top right corner
  • Click on ‘view Addresses’ listed in Account details
  • You will then have the option to ‘Add Address’, ‘edit’ or ‘delete’
  • You can add a new address or edit an existing address according to your needs
  • When adding a new address, you can change your default address by clicking on ‘SET AS DEFAULT ADDRESS’ after inputting required details

  • Select a Product
  • Choose Preferred Size
  • Select Quantity.
  • Click on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’ if you don’t wish to add more items to your cart.
  • Click on the bag icon located on the top right corner
  • After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out
  • Input the required details.
  • Click ‘Create an account for later use’ if you want to register your account on our website. Selecting this option will prompt you to enter a password to secure your account.
  • Select a payment method (Online Payment/COD)
  • Click on “Confirm ORDER” once you’ve filled in all the required details. Your Order Number which will be provided to you at the "Thank You" page.
  • Check your email for an Order summary
  • you will receive an automated call from Cougar through which you can confirm your Order. In case of no confirmation call, reach out to us at 042-32301484 or info@cougar.com.pk.

Yes, all prices offered on the website are consistent with prices of items instore. 

Click on the search icon on the top right of the website. Enter the SKU code or the name of the product you are looking for.

Size Guides are available for all products on their respective product pages.

Yes, they will be the same except in the case of products which are handcrafted where slight differences can be expected. If there are any issues please Contact Customer Services. Note the actual color of the product may vary from the picture due to the setting of your device.

Unfortunately, you cannot reserve your Order online.

The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please Contact Customer Services immediately.

You can also contact our Customer Service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at info@cougar.com.pk or calling us at 042-32301484 within 7 days of delivery.

Non-sale Product(s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the time has exceeded 7 days, then exchange is not possible.

Cougar does not offer a "returned or money back guarantee'' on purchased items.
