FAQ'S
Account
- You can create your account during the Checkout process
- You can also create your account by clicking on the account icon located in the top right corner and clicking on ‘Create account’
- After inputting required details and clicking ‘Create’ your account will be created
- You can Sign into your account by clicking on the account icon located in the top right corner or clicking ‘Login’ and inputting required details
- If you set up an account, then you do not have to enter your details every time you shop with us.
- Easier to check the status of orders.
- View past orders
- You will be updated with our New Arrivals, Sales and Promotional Activities
- Once signed in click on the account icon located on the top right corner
- Click on ‘view Addresses’ listed in Account details
- You will then have the option to ‘Add Address’, ‘edit’ or ‘delete’
- You can add a new address or edit an existing address according to your needs
- When adding a new address, you can change your default address by clicking on ‘SET AS DEFAULT ADDRESS’ after inputting required details
You may recover your password from the “Forget Password" section. An email with your new password will be sent to you within 24hours. You may also contact us through our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/cougar.clothing/

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email in the ‘SIGN UP AND SAVE’ section located in the footer to receive updates on sales & promotions.
Order
- Select a Product
- Choose Preferred Size
- Select Quantity.
- Click on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’ if you don’t wish to add more items to your cart.
- Click on the bag icon located on the top right corner
- After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out
- Input the required details.
- Click ‘Create an account for later use’ if you want to register your account on our website. Selecting this option will prompt you to enter a password to secure your account.
- Select a payment method (Online Payment/COD)
- Click on “Confirm ORDER” once you’ve filled in all the required details. Your Order Number which will be provided to you at the "Thank You" page.
- Check your email for an Order summary
- you will receive an automated call from Cougar through which you can confirm your Order. In case of no confirmation call, reach out to us at 042-32301484 or info@cougar.com.pk.
Yes, all prices offered on the website are consistent with prices of items instore.
Click on the search icon on the top right of the website. Enter the SKU code or the name of the product you are looking for.
Size Guides are available for all products on their respective product pages.
Yes, they will be the same except in the case of products which are handcrafted where slight differences can be expected. If there are any issues please Contact Customer Services. Note the actual color of the product may vary from the picture due to the setting of your device.
Unfortunately, you cannot reserve your Order online.
The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please Contact Customer Services immediately.

Returns & Exchange
You can also contact our Customer Service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at info@cougar.com.pk or calling us at 042-32301484 within 7 days of delivery.
Non-sale Product(s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the time has exceeded 7 days, then exchange is not possible.
Cougar does not offer a "returned or money back guarantee'' on purchased items.

Products not on sale can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the time passed has exceeded 7 days, the exchange is impossible.
Our exchange policy is very flexible provided that
- The product is unused.
- The price label and tags are intact.
- You have the purchase invoice.
- The exchange is made within 7 days of purchase.
If an incorrect/faulty product has been delivered, contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the product at info@cougar.com.pk or calling us at 042-32301484 within 7 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, we will gladly help you with your exchange. Once 7 days have passed from the delivery date, our team will no longer entertain any claims.

Note: Please do not accept the parcel if it's already opened or tampered with in any way.
Kindly only accept parcels that are packed in Cougar branded flyers.

- All orders may take up to 3 - 5 working days to be delivered
- All Lahore Orders would be delivered within 48 hours of the order being placed.
- If Lahore orders are not delivered within 48 hours, please contact our customer support or message us

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping yet.
