NoteCougar Clothing has no exchange policy on sale items.

Products not on sale can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the time passed has exceeded 7 days, the exchange is impossible.

 Our exchange policy is very flexible provided that

  • The product is unused.
  • The price label and tags are intact.
  • You have the purchase invoice.
  • The exchange is made within 7 days of purchase. 

If an incorrect/faulty product has been delivered, contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the product at info@cougar.com.pk or calling us at 042-32301484 within 7 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, we will gladly help you with your exchange. Once 7 days have passed from the delivery date, our team will no longer entertain any claims.

Return:
Cougar does not offer a "return or refund policy'' on purchased items.

Note: Please do not accept the parcel if it's already opened or tampered with in any way.
Kindly only accept parcels that are packed in Cougar branded flyers.

  • All orders may take up to 3 - 5 working days to be delivered
  • All Lahore Orders would be delivered within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping yet.

  • After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out

  • Select a payment method (Debit - Credit Card /COD)
  • Press the ‘Order’ button to place your Order and get your Order Number
  • Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email
  • After the confirmation email you will receive another email with a tracking number and your order details
  • you will receive an automated call from Cougar through which you can confirm your Order. In case of no confirmation call, reach out to us at 042-32301484 or info@cougar.com.pk.
  • During the transition of your package, you can use the tracking number to stay updated with your delivery status
  • Upon receiving your order, please pay your due charges and keep your Invoice for at least 14 days (as per our return & exchange policy)

How do I place an order online?

Select a Product

Select Quantity

Click on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’ if you don’t wish to add more items to your cart.

Click on the bag icon located on the top right corner After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out Input the required details.

Click ‘Create an account for later use’ if you want to register your account on our website. Selecting this option will prompt you to enter a password to secure your account.

Select a payment method (Online Payment/COD)

Click on “Confirm ORDER” once you’ve filled in all the required details. Your Order Number which will be provided to you at the "Thank You" page.

Check your email for an Order summary

you will receive an automated call from Cougar through which you can confirm your Order. In case of no confirmation call, reach out to us at 042-32301484 or info@cougar.com.pk.

You can pay for your Order via two payment methods:

ONLINE ORDER PROCESS

Cash on Delivery – available all over Pakistan.

Online Payment – Visa & Master Card, Debit & Credit Cards Is it safe to buy online?

Yes, we use SSL encryption for all online transactions which ensure that your data will be safe during transmissions.

What if my card is charged online but my order is not placed?

In some cases, payment sent by you may not be received by Cougar due a Banking error. If your bank account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be reimbursed to your bank account. Please contact your bank for any issues relating to payment failure.
